Rental Procedures

• Discounts available for off season and longer term reservations.
• Value season for most reservations made prior to June 20th or beginning after Labor Day.
• Check-In 4:00pm. Check-Out 11:00am.
• Minimum 3 nights stay in condominiums.
• Minimum 7 nights stay usually required in most homes.
• All rentals are fully furnished and equipped.
• Maximum occupancy  on each home strictly enforced.
• Pets are not allowed unless special arrangements have been made.
• Tents and camping are not permitted.
• Smoking is NOT allowed in all properties.
• Rates quoted include 7% bed tax and end of stay housecleaning.
• Longer term winter rentals available October through May.
• Visa and MasterCard accepted.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:  50% Non-Refundable booking deposit must be received to secure reservation. 

Balance due and nonrefundable 14 days prior to arrival along
with a refundable security/damage deposit.
